When you received the parcel, please check carefully before you sign your name on the delivery bill, you can refuse to accept it if you think it was damaged or missed something during the delivery, and you must email the details to us, so that we can ask compensate from our courier, and will be send back to our factory automatically .we can consider to ship new parcel or the missed parts to you as well.
If the product itself has the quality question or caused by the manufacturing faults,we would replace/repair the products for our customer unconditionally. You need email us and inform us of the reason,then we will give you the returning address and further instructions. For a variety of reasons, you personally don't like the goods, We do accept returns on all unworn new items within 7 days of receipt of the product. Once the item arrives we will credit your original method of payment, excluding 15% restocking/processing fee and $30 returning fee.The customer is responsible for shipping the item back. Thank you!

You must contact us to get the shipping address where your parcel can be returned before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
We do not cover the shipping cost of Return and Exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
